How do I know if my child might need speech therapy?

If your child isn't talking as much as you'd expect, is hard to understand, or seems frustrated trying to communicate, it might be time to check in. What ages do you work with?

I work with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged kids. Whether you're just starting to notice delays or have had concerns for a while, Bluebird is here to help.

Do you take insurance?

We are a private pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Every plan is different, so we recommend checking with your provider to see if they cover out-of-network speech therapy services.

How long does therapy take?

That depends on your child’s needs and goals. Some kids just need a few months of support, while others might benefit from longer-term therapy. We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Bluebird Speech Therapy currently provides services out of our office located at 740 South Pierce Avenue, 5, Louisville, CO 80027. If you live too far away but are still interested in our services, ask about our telehealth options! What works best for you and your child is what works best for us!
